Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:


  • Required Equipment: Computer (Windows 10 or better, no Chromebook or apple computer allowed)
  • USB headset
  • Hard-wired internet: a computer connected to a Wi-Fi router using an Ethernet cable for a more stable and direct network connection.
  • You must be 18 years old or older to apply.

  • Certification: Successfully complete a series of assessments and a virtual certification course before servicing client opportunities. Certification courses can range from a few days to up to six weeks, depending on the program complexity.
  • Location: 100% Remote. Must reside in the United States (with the exception of the following states: Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Vermont, Wisconsin, California, Colorado, Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Washington).

Our Process

APPLY


Our application process is quick and easy! No resume needed. No interview process. Simply complete our application for immediate access to our New Agent Orientation. During the orientation, we'll provide all the essential information about our work-from-home opportunities and guide you through the registration process for your portal access.

LEARN


After completing the registration process, you will be required to take a brief skill assessment. Once you pass the assessment, you will unlock access to a wide range of clients. Upon selecting your preferred client, you will undergo a background check and participate in their program to become a Certified Customer Support Professional (CSP).

EARN


As a Certified Customer Support Professional, you are now eligible to start earning.
